Damaged and Defective

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, LushWash can only accept customer returns on Bidet Seats that are unopened, unused, and re-sellable.

Any returns must be initiated by customer within 10 days of purchase date.

For Warranty service, customers should contact LushWash directly for repair and/or replacement of any defective merchandise.

Cancellation

Order Cancellation is only allowed if the order package is yet to be shipped and the Refund of the invoice order value for the same gets initiated in 0-1 working days and may take up to 5-10 working days to settle back depending on your mode of payment.

Refund

A refund is only generated in case of cancellation, conditions are mentioned above.
